Exercise caution when
opening attachments or clicking links, especially from unknown senders.
Members of the Council,
This letter is in support of the critical opportunity to provide significant affordable housing,
critical transit infrastructure, reinvented retail, and many other community benefits such as
childcare and youth programming. This should have been done when Sequoia Station was first
built. It would have been so easy/cheap to add a second story as housing, with priority given to
the employees of those businesses so that they could just walk to work. Now finally it is
encouraging to see that there is discussion for implementing a realistic plan for better use of
this critical piece of downtown Redwood City.
Please consider moving forward with this much-needed plan.
Thank you,
Thalia Lubin, Architect
Th phen Lubin, Architects
11
rlPt
