This <br />project proposes 1.25 million square feet of office space. That means 4,000- <br />6,250 new office workers. But the project will only have 475-640 housing units - <br />- not enough to accommodate the office workers or the service workers our <br />community will need to service the occupants. <br />Tell City Council to require a balanced project with at least 50% housing at <br />Sequoia Station! <br />More details about the current project: <br />• Proposes 1.25M sq ft of office space (almost equal to the Salesforce <br />Tower in SF) <br />• Brings 4,000 - 6,250 office workers to Sequoia Station* <br />
