• Caltrain could easily "reserve" right of way with Lowe to repurpose parking <br />or temporary housing near the train tracks until 4 -track, grade separation <br />becomes a reality <br />• Caltrain should be prepared to explain the timeline for development and <br />potential impacts and realities on achieving that timeframe <br />9. Given the significance of this project to the future of Redwood City, shouldn't we <br />consider a more substantive half-day Study Session with the Planning Commission <br />including presentations by Caltrains and the developer in order to give this project a <br />proper vetting?
