From: Milo Trauss
To: GRP -City Council
Subject: support for Sequoia Station maximum housing
Date: Wednesday, January 20, 20213:25:20 PM
CAUTION: This email originated from outside your organization. Exercise caution when
opening attachments or clicking links, especially from unknown senders.
Dear Council,
I am writing to register my support for reimagining Sequoia Station and planning for the
introduction of as much housing as possible.
On this blessed inauguration day, i am filled with optimism for a clean, safe future. A key part
of this future is walkable and likable communities. This means dense housing close to jobs and
amenities.
The historic car -based planning patterns in Redwood City and most of California must be
abandoned in favor of fully embracing human -centered (not car -centered) design.
This space presents a wonderful opportunity to leverage the Caltrain station for low carbon
impact living and working.
I applaud your vision for embarking on this remaining and hope to see tall buildings filled
with mixed income apartments.
Thank you,
Milo
Milo Trauss
