March 19, 2020 <br />Project No. Al 5145-2 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />FOR: PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENTS <br />Two variable width Public Access Easements situated in the City of Redwood City, County of <br />San Mateo, State of California, and being a portion of Parcel 4 as shown on that certain Parcel <br />Map No. 78-8 filed for record on November 17, 1978 in Volume 44 of Parcel Maps at Page 26, <br />Records of San Mateo County, being more particularly described as follows: <br />Parcel 1 <br />Commencing at the northwesterly terminus of that certain course shown as North 27°45'00" <br />West, 23.94' for a portion of the centerline of Main Street as shown on said Parcel Map No. 78- <br />8; said point being the beginning of a tangent curve to the left having a radius of 1,200.00 feet; <br />Thence along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 03'54'11", an arc distance of 81.75 <br />feet; <br />Thence leaving said curve along a radial line, North 58120'49" East a distance of 42.00 feet to <br />the southwesterly corner of said Parcel 4, said point being the Point of Beginning; <br />Thence along the southeasterly line of said Parcel 4, North 62°15'00" East a distance of 5.05 <br />feet, and to which point a radial line bears North 57°20'32" East; <br />Thence leaving said southeasterly line along the arc of a non -tangent curve to the left having a <br />radius of 1162.00 feet, through a central angle of 05°40'21", an arc length of 115.04 feet to the <br />northwesterly line of said Parcel 4; <br />Thence along said northwesterly line, South 48°35'23" West, a distance of 2.61 feet to the <br />northeasterly line of Main Street as shown on said Parcel Map No. 78-8, and to which point a <br />radial line bears North 53°04'58"; <br />Thence along said northeasterly line being the arc of a non -tangent curve to the right having a <br />radius of 1242.00 feet, through a central angle of 05°15'51", an arc distance of 114.11 feet to the <br />Point of Beginning. <br />Containing 445 f square feet. <br />Parcel 2 <br />Commencing at the most northerly corner of said Parcel 4 also known as the northeasterly <br />terminus of that certain course shown as North 48°35'23" East, 318.95'; <br />Z:\2015\A15145\DOCS\SURVEY DOCS\LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS\A15145-2 Exh A PAE (Front).docx October 2, 2019 AGR <br />ATTY/AGR.2020.073/353 Main Street Apartments, LP (Page 4 of 8) <br />
