March 19, 2020 Project No. Al 5145-2 Page 1 of 3 EXHIBIT "A" LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR: PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENTS Two variable width Public Access Easements situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, and being a portion of Parcel 4 as shown on that certain Parcel Map No. 78-8 filed for record on November 17, 1978 in Volume 44 of Parcel Maps at Page 26, Records of San Mateo County, being more particularly described as follows: Parcel 1 Commencing at the northwesterly terminus of that certain course shown as North 27°45'00" West, 23.94' for a portion of the centerline of Main Street as shown on said Parcel Map No. 78- 8; said point being the beginning of a tangent curve to the left having a radius of 1,200.00 feet; Thence along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 03'54'11", an arc distance of 81.75 feet; Thence leaving said curve along a radial line, North 58120'49" East a distance of 42.00 feet to the southwesterly corner of said Parcel 4, said point being the Point of Beginning; Thence along the southeasterly line of said Parcel 4, North 62°15'00" East a distance of 5.05 feet, and to which point a radial line bears North 57°20'32" East; Thence leaving said southeasterly line along the arc of a non -tangent curve to the left having a radius of 1162.00 feet, through a central angle of 05°40'21", an arc length of 115.04 feet to the northwesterly line of said Parcel 4; Thence along said northwesterly line, South 48°35'23" West, a distance of 2.61 feet to the northeasterly line of Main Street as shown on said Parcel Map No. 78-8, and to which point a radial line bears North 53°04'58"; Thence along said northeasterly line being the arc of a non -tangent curve to the right having a radius of 1242.00 feet, through a central angle of 05°15'51", an arc distance of 114.11 feet to the Point of Beginning.
