06/08/2020 <br />a. Acceptance and recordation of the public utility easement described and <br />depicted in Exhibit C and Exhibit D through execution of an easement <br />deed, as authorized by separate motion of the City Council; <br />b. Relocation of the existing sanitary sewer main from the Vacation Area <br />described and depicted in Exhibit A and Exhibit B; and <br />c. Approval from applicable agencies and utility providers of plans for <br />vacating the public utility easement within the Vacation Area. <br />5. Upon satisfaction of the aforementioned conditions, the City Clerk is hereby <br />authorized and directed to record, or cause to be recorded, a certified copy of this <br />resolution with the County Recorder in the County of San Mateo. <br />6.
