The project site is approximately 5.1 acres
in size and is divided into 19 lots. One lot would remain as undeveloped open space, and the 18
remaining lots would be developed as single family detached residences.
MHA I RMT also understands that the applicant has submitted a biological site assessment, a
storm drainage report, an arborist report, and a geologic and geotechnical report to support the
review of the proposed project. The applicant is also in the process of preparing a traffic study for
the project. Each of these documents will require peer review as part of the preparation of the IS
and EIR.

Approach

The MHA I RMT approach to the project is to work closely with the City of Redwood City to
define the project, to facilitate City review of the environmental documents, and to prepare the
environmental documents according to the defined schedule.

Business Value

The MHA I RMT team will bring significant value to the City of Redwood City in providing these
services based on our:

.
