Developer shall <br />make payment to City for any costs covered by this section within thirty (30) days of <br />receipt of an invoice from City for such costs. <br />4. Except to the extent expressly modified by this First Amendment, the terms <br />of the Agreement shall remain effective without impairment or modification. <br />5. This First Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, <br />each of which so executed shall be deemed an original, but all of which when taken <br />together shall constitute but one amendment. <br />6. If all Parties agree, electronic signatures may be used in place of original <br />signatures on this Amendment. Each Party intends to be bound by the signatures on the <br />electronic document, is aware that the other Parties will rely on the electronic signatures, <br />and hereby waives any defenses to the enforcement of the terms of this Amendment <br />based on the use of an electronic signature.
