Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California. That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is including but not limited to preserving and extending the serviceable life of Twin Dolphin Drive by protecting the pavement surfaces with a 2" layer of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) concrete, spot repairs, construction of accessible curb ramps, installation of pavement markings and enhanced bicycle facilities and associated work.
