MINUTE ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />October 16, 2000 <br />MO. 00-316 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />DATE: October 24, 2000 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Finance <br />SUBJECT Approval of Meeting Schedule - Proposed Retail Cinema Project <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on October 16, 2000. <br />Present: Councilmember Hartnett, Howard, Jordan, Pierce, Vice Mayor Claire and <br />Mayor Ruskin <br />Absent: None <br />Mayor Ruskin explained the schedule that shows the proposed Retail/Cihema <br />schedule combined with the regular Council meeting schedule and Council <br />discussion ensued. By consensus, Council approved the following schedule. <br /> <br /> October 16, 2000 RDA extends the DDA to January 31, 2001 <br /> October 17, 2000 Planning Commission considers certification of <br /> the Final EIR2. <br /> October 23, 2000 RDA considers the financial parameters in closed <br /> session. <br /> November 13, 2000 Community Meeting to discuss the project. <br /> November 27, 2000 2"a Community Meeting <br /> December 11, 18, 2000 RDA and City consider approval of the DDA3. <br /> ,o_r_Januar~_ 8, 2001 <br /> RDA - Redevelopment Agency <br /> ~ EIR -- Environmental Impact Report <br /> ~ DDA - Disposition and Development Agreement <br /> <br />Patrieia S.
