At the first activation of any combination of <br />flashing lights, sirens, or air horn, the parade will be halted and all <br />participants and/or vehicles will be cleared from the intersection. <br /> <br />0) No spectators will be allowed to be in the Bradford Street crosswalks at <br />any time during the parade. ' <br /> <br />(k) The PCA will proVide equipment to the Fire Department for direct <br />communications with the parade supervisors at the intersection of Main <br />and Bradford. <br /> <br />12. Miscellaneous and Additional Matters: Additional or further matters not <br />herein described or contemplated in connection with the 4th of July parade, <br />fun run. festival, car show and fireworks display shall not be effectuated <br />without the prior written consent of the Police Chief. <br /> <br />13.
