PCA will provide location marking for the <br />bleachers. <br /> <br />Public Works: <br />Provide two street sweepers to be available at approximately 10:00 AM to pick up horse droppings <br />along the Parade Route and the designated horse lineup areas. <br /> <br />Provide traffic cones and street barricades for Parade route, Lineup area, and other traffic diversion <br />requirements as detennined by the Police Department. The PCA will provide a list oftimes, <br />locations, and quantity of barricades needed for the Parade and Lineup area. <br /> <br />Install American Flags along the Parade Route immediately before the Parade. On July 4, the flags <br />are to be removed as soon as possible after the Parade, to reduce the possibility of theft.
