Deny Appeal, by Miller Starr Regalia on behalf of the Woodhill Estates <br />Homeowner's Association (HOA), of the Planning Commission's decision <br />to conditionally approve the Planned Development (PD) Permit for the 60- <br />unit (Mediterranean Style) Canada College housing project as the PD <br />permit is no longer at issue - Canada College having withdrawn its <br />Planned Dev,elopment Permit and having re-submitted a new (Arts and <br />Crafts-style) PD application. Further, the previously approved Planned <br />Development Permit should be revoked. The original (Mediterranean- <br />style) PD plan submittal was previously provided to the City Council. <br /> <br />2. Adopt the findings associated with the proposed General Plan and <br />Prezoning approvals provided in Attachment 4. <br /> <br />3. Adopt a Resolution to amend the Strategic General Plan of the City of <br />Redwood City to provide a General Plan Land Use Designation of "Medium <br />Density Residential" to a 3.3 acre portion of uninhabited property located at <br />Canada College Parking Lot 3 (APN 058-320-340), that is currently located <br />in the Town of Woodside, contingent upon the Town of Woodside's <br />approval of the property tax exchange agreement and Local Agency <br />Formation Commission's (LAFCO) approval of project site annexation. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AMENDING THE STRATEGIC GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />TO PROVIDE A GENERAL PLAN LAND USE DESIGNATION OF MEDIUM DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL TO A PORTION OF UNINHABITED PROPERTY GENERALLY <br />LOCATED AT PARKING LOT 3 OF THE CANADA COLLEGE CAMPUS <br /> <br />4.
