3. The bid of EST, in the total amount of Thirty -two Thousand Four <br />Hundred Sixty -four and 83/100 Dollars ($32,464.83), computed in accordance <br />with said bidder's proposal dated March 2, 2001, is hereby accepted and said <br />bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for the <br />sale and installation of said Fire Alarm System at the Police Facility. <br />4. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of EST, are hereby <br />waived. <br />5. All bids other than the aforementioned bid of EST are hereby rejected. <br />6.
