<br />Scope of Work: Stanford@Midpoint Technology Park in Redwood City <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />December 31, 2008. The hourly rate would increase beginning January 1, 2009 to <br />$140.00 an hour. <br /> <br />Work would primarily occur off-site, but I will be readily available to meet at City Hall <br />or elsewhere as needed during the course of the project. <br /> <br />Project costs are estimated at $59,950.00 and shall not exceed that figure without the <br />express written permission of the City. This proposal does not include an anticipated <br />timeframe and the project estimate is not intended to be a "not-to-exceed" figure, as this <br />is a large project, process complexities cannot be predicted with certainty.
