Continue to <br />be actively involved in consulting with ongoing events, including <br />Hometown Holidays, the PAL Blues Festival and others that may <br />need assistance. <br /> <br />F. Evaluate with the agency and the Parks and Recreation <br />department the events which take place in 2008 and make <br />recommendations for future activities. <br /> <br />Provide support services as necessary with respect to events and activities produced in <br />the Downtown Area, including, but not limited to, serving as event coordinator, providing <br />staff to assist with event production, coordinating with and assisting City staff with <br />respect to such event production and providing any other support services which are <br />mutually agreeable to the Parties. <br /> <br />3 <br />
