URDiNANCE AMENUING SECTION 3$.5 OF THE CQDE OF THE CITY UF RE�WOOD C1TY RELATfNG TO WATER SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES THE COUNCiL OF THE C1TY OF REDWOC?D ClTY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLI.OWS: SECTION 1, Section 38.5 of the Redwood City Municipal Cade is hereby amended in its entirety fo read as fa[lows: "Sec. 38.5. WATER SERVICE CHARGE: !n addition to a!I ather charges and fees applicabie ta users of water from the water system owned or operated by the City of Redwood City, as established by the Water Rules and Regulations of the Department of Public Works Services, as amended, and this chapter, residential and non-residential monthfy water service charges shall be paid for each water service within the water senrice areas and at the rate and upon the effective dates as follows; (a) Residential Water Service Charge.
