Construction and Dust Control Activities. <br /> Any persan applying for a construcfion permit for a project that includes dust <br /> contro! activities is requi�ed to use recycled water for those activities. <br /> Section 38.53 Voiuntarv Use inside and Outside of the Recvcied Water Service <br /> Area. <br /> A.
