New and Remo�eled Multi-family housing: New and Remodeled Muiti-family housing projects in the Recycfed Water Service Area are required to use recycled water for landscape irrigation in common areas. New and Remodeled Mutti-fami{y housing projects must provide a feasibility study to appiy for an exception to this Ordinance. E. Construction and Dust Control Activities. Any persan applying for a construcfion permit for a project that includes dust contro! activities is requi�ed to use recycled water for those activities. New lnstitutional and Gavemmental properties Outside of Recvcled Wa#er Service Area: The City encourages new Institutional and Governmental properties that are focated outside of the current Recycled Water Service Area to be dual plumbed to provide fo�the intemal use of recycled water and to provide for the use of recycled water €or landscaping as recycled water is expected to be extended west o# the current Recycied Water Service Area in future phases of the Project.
