City of Redwaod City(Case No. 429131) <br /> A closed session wf1! be held on May 12, 2008, at 5:45 PM, for the purpose of cor�ferring with <br /> and/or receiving advics from yaur legat counsel concerning existing fitigation which has been <br /> formafly initiated to which the City of Redwood City is a party. (Gov't. Code§54958.9(a)] <br /> The City Attomey will provide yau with a status repart on this parficular case. <br /> If the City Council authorizes the City Attorney ta defend, or seek or refrain from seeking <br /> appellate review or relief, this deternnination shal! be d+sclosed immediately following this closed <br /> session. If the City Caunci{ authorizes initiation or interventian, such authorizatiort shall be <br /> disclesed immediately foliowing this closed session and the public advised that the action, <br /> defendants and other particulars may be disc[osed upon request after the action is formalfy <br /> commenced.
