Due to changes in State law, the prior consents provided by <br /> the cities have become outdated. Thus, the Cflun#y Caunsel suggests that al1 of the <br /> cities of San Mateo Caunty consider adopting a uniform resolution granting such <br /> au#horization. <br /> Chapter 13 Environmental Health Code of the Redwood City Municipal Code contains <br /> pravisians addressing F'aad Establishmertt (Art. i), Pubiic Fresh Water Sports Arenas <br /> (Art. II},Welfs (Art. II!), Bacicflow Prevention (Art. tV), Chemical Tailets (Art. V), Rodent <br /> and lnsec# Contro! (Ark. VI), Private Sewage Disposal Systems {Ar#. Vlf), Posting of <br /> Signs Warning of the Effect of Alcohol During Pregnancy (Art. IX), and Enforcement <br /> (Art. X). <br /> S�ction 13.2 Responsibility for Enforcement of the Redwood City Municipal Gocie <br /> specifcaily provides: <br /> "The Director of Health Services of San Mateo County shal( be <br /> res�onsible far the enforcement of this Chapter of the City.
