Atty/AgrI2008.033 050508 as follows: (a) Comprehensive or Commercial Form General Liability Insurance that is at least as broad as the Insurance Service Office (ISO) Form No. CG 0001 (contractual liability and fire legal liability included) with minimum limits as follows 1. Each Occurrence: One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) 2. Products/Completed Operations Aggregate: One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) 3. General Aggregate: Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) 4. Fire Legal liability to at least One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) (b) Automobile Liability Insurance in a form and amount that satisfies the minimum requirements of applicable state law. (c) Workers' Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance in a form and amount covering Lessee's full liability under the Workers' Compensation Act of the State of Califomia as amended from time to time. (d) Property Insurance, on an ISO Special Coverage Form or its equivalent in an amount sufficient to reimburse lessee at replacement cost for all of its equipment, trade fixtures, inventory, fixtures and other personal property located on or In the Premises and lease improvements hereinafter constructed or installed. (e) Plate Glass Coverage, in an amount sufficient to replace every panel of glass located within the assigned Lease Area. (f) Such other insurance in such amounts which from time to time may be reasonably required by the mutual consent of lessee and Lessor against other insurable risks relating to performance. The insurance and the coverage referred to under (a) and (b) of this paragraph shall be endorsed to include the Lessor and City, their respective governing bodies, officers, agents, employees and volunteers as an additional insured. Such a provision, shall apply to products and completed operations hazards as well as ongoing operations. Coverage under (a) and (b) above shall also be endorsed to be and not have any right to contribution from other insurance or coverage procured for, or on behalf of, the Lessor. lessee, upon the execution of this Lease Agreement, shall furnish lessor with Certificates of Insurance evidencing compliance with all insurance requirements. Copies of the additional insurance endorsements, insurance endorsements, as well as endorsement providing thirty (30) day advance written notice to lessor of any modification, change or cancellation of any of the above insurance coverage. The coverage required herein shall not limit the liability of lessee, its officers, agents, or employees. 17
