<br />"8.6 Hours of Operation. As a short-term Lessee, Lessee shall have the <br />following hours open for business: <br /> <br />Sunday and Monday - closed <br />Tuesday through Saturday - 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. <br /> <br />Lessee may be open before or after the specified hours and days. <br />3. Paragraph 39.2 is hereby added to read as follows: <br /> <br />"39. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />39.2 The following terms of this Agreement may be administratively amended <br />only in writing and by mutual agreement between the Agency and the <br />Lessee: monthly rent and hours of operation (collectively the <br />"administrative amendments"). The Executive Director or his designee <br />shall have the authority to execute the aforementioned administrative <br />amend ments." <br /> <br />4. All other provisions of the Original Lease Agreement, as may have been <br />amended from time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />5. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Lessee pursuant to the <br />Original Lease Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will <br />include coverage for this Amendment NO.1. <br /> <br />6.
