The work will <br />generally consist of the following: <br /> <br />~ Furnishing and conducting all necessary work, but not limited to, removing <br />existing sewage combination air release valve and concrete manhole which <br />includes trenching, bedding, dewatering, traffic control, notification, disposal of <br />debris, backfill, compaction of backfill, removal and replacement of pavement, <br />complete in place. <br /> <br />~ Furnishing and installing new sewage combination air release valve, new pre-cast <br />concrete manhole, new polyethylene pipe, gate valves, fittings, manhole frame <br />and cover, pipe supports, pre-cast concrete grade rings, connection to existing <br />force main, trenching, bedding, dewatering, traffic control, notification, disposal of <br />debris, backfill, compaction of backfill, pavement replacement and all associated <br />piping and components as shown on the plans. <br /> <br />All work shall be completed in accordance with the City of Redwood City standard <br />specifications and details unless otherwise indicated on the drawings. <br /> <br />We invite you to submit an informal bid on this project by 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 30th, <br />2008, to: <br /> <br />Mailing Address: <br /> <br />Delivery Address: <br /> <br />City of Redwood City <br />Engineering & Construction <br />Attention: Jimmy Tan, P.E. <br />P.O.
