Notwithstanding any language contained in this Certificate of <br />Completion to the contrary, the issuance or recordation of this Certificate of Completion <br />shall have no effect on the provisions of the Grant Deed by which the Property was <br />conveyed to the Developer, including, without limitation, the various covenants set forth <br />therein. <br /> <br />Section 4.
