BOX 391, REDWOOD CITY, CA 94064 <br /> <br />PLS Surveys, Inc. will provide a topographic survey of the area of the watermain replacement <br />project. We will locate the items listed under the scope of work of your RFP dated April 2, 2008. <br /> <br />The underground lines will be shown from as-built drawings from the controlling agencies. <br /> <br />The flowlines and top of pipes at manholes and catch basins will be noted. If a catch basin is filled <br />with debris and we cannot see the pipe size, the record information will be noted and the City <br />notified of the maintenance issue. We will probe the bottom of the catch basin for the invert <br />elevation. <br />1. The project will be divided into three phases. <br />2. A two man crew will be used in the field to survey the site and measure the inverts of the <br />structures. <br />3. The AutoCAD will be performed in the office along with quality control. <br />4. Project schedule from the notice to proceed <br />Phase 1 will be two weeks, <br />Phase 2 will be three weeks, <br />Phase 3 will be four weeks, or better. <br /> <br />This proposal shall become by this reference, a part of any contract. Consultant reserves the right to <br />withdraw this proposal if a valid contract is not negotiated. PLS Surveys, Inc. is a certified LjSLBE.
