As of the printing of this issue of Priority Focus, <br />more than 50 newspaper editorial boards have urged readers to vote NO on Prop. 98. The <br />proposition exposes local land use decisions to endless litigation, eliminates renter protections <br />and rent control, guts environmental protections and jeopardizes the state's ability to rebuild <br />aging infrastructure.
