<br />5.18 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the provIsions of paragraph 8, below <br />("Amendments") the above specified hourly rate of compensation and the <br />percentage of overhead and administrative costs may be revised by City <br />from time to time during the term, or extended term, hereof. <br />City will provide Foster City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices <br />sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, hourly rates, and related <br />activities and costs for approval by Foster City." <br /> <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement which are not in conflict with the <br />provisions of this Amendment No.2 will remain in full force and effect. In case of a <br />conflict in the terms of the Original Agreement and this Amendment No.2, the <br />provisions of this Amendment No.2 shall control. <br /> <br />3.
