<br />5.18 <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the provISions of paragraph 8, below <br />("Amendments") the above specified hourly rate of compensation and the <br />percentage of overhead and administrative costs may be revised by City <br />from time to time during the term, or extended term, hereof. <br />City will provide Atherton, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices <br />sufficiently detailed to include hours performed. hourly rates, and related <br />activities and costs for approval by Atherton." <br /> <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement which are not in conflict with the <br />provisions of this Amendment No. 4 will remain in full force and effect. In case of a <br />conflict in the terms of the Original Agreement and this Amendment No.4, the <br />provisions of this Amendment NO.4 shall control. <br /> <br />3.
