<br />5.18 <br />Page 12 <br /> <br />Woodside shall pay City for all fuel purchased at the cost thereof to <br />City plus fifteen percent (15%) for overhead and administrative costs. All <br />fuel purchased from the City shall be billed to Woodside monthly. <br />Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 8, below <br />("Amendments") the above specified hourly rate of compensation and the <br />percentage of overhead and administrative costs may be revised by City <br />from time to time during the term, or extended term, hereof. <br />City will provide Woodside, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices <br />sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, hourly rates, and related <br />activities and costs for approval by Woodside." <br /> <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement which are not in conflict with the <br />provisions of this Amendment No. 5 will remain in full force and effect. In case of a <br />conflict in the terms of the Original Agreement and this Amendment No.5, the <br />provisions of this Amendment NO.5 shall control. <br /> <br />3.
