On <br />or about June 4, 2007 Amendment Number 1 was issued to extend the Agreement <br />through June 3D, 2008 in the amount of $463,700. The contractor has performed their <br />work to project specifications and staff is confident they will continue to perform work in <br />compliance with the project specifications. <br /> <br />During this contract, the following repairs were completed: <br />· n cost shared repair sites . 3 trees removed <br />· 18 wheel chair ramps . 14 new street trees <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Do not permit the Amendment to the Agreement and direct staff to re-bid the entire <br />project. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Adequate funds are available in the FY 2007-2008 Tree Preservation and Sidewalk <br />Repair Project and the Wheelchair Ramp Construction Capital Improvement Program <br />budgets.
