<br />shall not exceed Two Million Five Hundred Two Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-One <br />dollars ($2,502,791). ' <br /> <br />3. City will pay Consultant for all work associated with those services <br />described in Exhibit "A" on a time and materials basis not-to-exceed Eight Hundred <br />Sixty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-One dollars ($862,391). Consultant will <br />provide City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours <br />performed, hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by City. <br /> <br />4. All other terms of the Original Agreement as Amended which are not in <br />conflict with the provisions of this Amendment No.3 shall remain unchanged in full force <br />and effect. In case of a conflict in the terms of the Original Agreement as Amended and <br />this Amendment No.3, the provisions of this Amendment No.3 shall control. <br /> <br />5.
