Two (2) change <br />orders reduced the original contract amount by $1,980.00 (- 4%). The final project cost <br />is $47,670.00. The project has been performed according to plans and specifications. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Council may choose not to accept the project which would be contrary to prior Council <br />action. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds have been appropriated for this project from the Water Revenue Bond proceeds. <br />The City has issued a series of three Water Revenue Bonds to finance Phase 1 of the <br />Recycled Water Project.
