<br />06/09/2008 <br /> <br />(d) to expend funds of the Authority and enter into contracts, not <br /> <br />exceeding in the aggregate expenditures of $200,000 of funds of the <br /> <br />Authority, whenever required by any emergency to keep the Joint Facilities <br /> <br />in operation or to restore them to operating condition; <br /> <br />(e) to sell any personal property of the Authority of a value of <br /> <br />less than $5,000; <br /> <br />(f) to approve demands for payments by the Authority of <br /> <br />$10,000 or less; <br /> <br />(g) to prepare and submit to the Commission in time for revision <br /> <br />and adoption by it prior to March May 1 of each year the annual budget for <br /> <br />the next succeeding Fiscal Year referred to in Section 6.1; and <br /> <br />(h) generally, to supervise the acquisition, construction, <br /> <br />management, maintenance and operation of the 1969 Facilities, Stage 1 of <br /> <br />the Project and the Joint Facilities. <br /> <br />The Manager shall perform such other duties as may be imposed <br /> <br />on him by the Commission and shall report to the Commission at such <br /> <br />times and concerning such matters as the Commission may require. <br /> <br />U :\!!SB SA \Original JP A Agreements\Amendments 2008\JP A Section 3.5 Attach - JP A Supp V -MemAgen Ltr 14870 <br />Q42oOO1.l4liE # 304 <br />
