Normal Business Hours: Defined as Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through <br />5:00 p.m. except the following currently recognized RWC holidays (calendar dates <br />vary depending on the year): <br /> <br />. New Year's Day <br />. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day <br />. Presidents Day <br />. Memorial Day <br />. 4th of July <br />. Labor Day <br />. Veterans Day <br />. Thanksgiving Day <br />. Thanksgiving Friday <br />. Christmas Eve <br />. Christmas Day <br />. New Year's Eve <br /> <br />Upon prior written agreement by both parties, EPA holidays may be substituted for <br />RWC holidays to accommodate EPA staffing needs. <br />B. Non-business hours: All hours worked outside of normal business hours. <br />EPA requested work to be performed during non-business hours. There are two <br />types of non-business hours: <br /> <br />i. Scheduled, non-business hours: These are hours that are prescheduled <br />for non-business hours for such things as replacing servers and/or <br />networking equipment.
