GOVERNING LAW <br /> <br />This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made in, and shall be construed pursuant to, the laws <br />of the State of California. Any action brought under this Agreement in a court of law shall be in the <br />County of Sacramento. <br /> <br />xv. NOTICES <br /> <br />Any notice to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be sent by certified mail <br />return receipt requested, postage prepaid, or overnight courier, addressed as set forth on the <br />signature page.
