Staff <br />believes that American Asphalt Repair and Resurfacing Co., Inc.'s bid of $410,085.31 is <br />reasonable and responsive, and recommends awarding the contract to American <br />Asphalt Repair and Resurfacing Co., Inc. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Council may choose not to award the contract for the 2007-2008 Slurry Seal Project, <br />and direct staff to redesign and/or rebid the project.
