ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR - CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council will be <br />enacted by one motion and one vote. The Consent Calendar category is limited to 15 <br />minutes of comment to be allocated as determined by the Mayor. If you wish to speak <br />to items on the Consent Calendar, please complete a speaker's card and give it to the <br />Deputy City Clerk/Council Assistant. <br /> <br />MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt <br />the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br /> <br />6.1 Section - Motions <br /> <br />A. 2005-2006 Cost Shared Sidewalk Repair Project Amendment No.1, JJR <br />Construction, Inc. of San Mateo, CA. <br /> <br />Staff contact: Mike Gibbons, Public Works Superintendent 780-7493 mgibbons@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Accept by motion, the completed improvements constructed during the period of <br />time covered under Amendment No. 1 to the 2005-2006 Cost Shared Sidewalk <br />Repair Project, from JJR Construction, Inc., San Mateo, CA and release the ten <br />percent retention in the amount of $51,156 withheld during this period's course of <br />construction in accordance with City procedures. <br /> <br />B. Amendment #2 to the Revocable Permit between the City of Redwood City and the <br />Children's Creative Learning Center, Inc.
