(GEl) has prepared this proposal to prepare an updated site <br />specific Risk Assessment (RA) and Removal Action Workplan (RAW) as weH as to <br />perform remediation of chemically impacted soil associated with the undeveloped <br />property located at Bradford and Main Streets in Redwood City, California (subject site). <br />The RA W will be prepared in accordance with the California Environmental Protection <br />Agency, Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) guideline for preparing <br />Removal Action Workplans, as presented in the DTSC memorandum dated September <br />23, 1998. We understand the lead regulatory agency for the subject site case will be the <br />DTSC. As of the date of this proposal, the Mateo County Health Services Agency, <br />Groundwater Protection Program (SMCoGPP) continues to have local oversight over the <br />subject site case. The specific proposed tasks, schedule and pricing are provided below. <br /> <br />1.0 PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />Pursuant to DTSC (September 23, 1998), the RAW shall include the following tasks. <br /> <br />Task I. Site Specific Risk Assessment Update <br /> <br />Update GEl's Aprilll, 2007 site specific risk assessment (RA) utilizing San Francisco <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board's (RWQCB) revised Environmental Screening <br />Level Document, Interim Final, November, 2007. The referenced RWQCB document <br />presents revisions to earlier published RWQCB ESL's used in GEl's April II, 2007 RA. <br /> <br />6.18 <br />Page 13 <br />
