Exhibit A <br /> Personnel <br /> 1. One full-time person will be assigned to East Palo Alto on-site to provide <br /> Electronic Data Management (EDM) support and aid in special projects. East <br /> Palo Alto hours will not be charged for that person's staff meeting time in <br /> Redwood City or leave time, and will only be charged for training time if the <br /> training is directed by East Palo Alto. <br /> 2. East Palo Alto shall have the right to request the reassignment of personnel <br /> assigned to EDM and Software Development support. Redwood City will <br /> regularly rotate assigned personnel in order to cross train staff. <br /> 3. Additional personnel located in Redwood City will assist the on-site personnel in <br /> all matters when the assistance benefits both parties. Assistance will be at the <br /> discretion of Redwood City, unless specifically requested by East Palo Alto. <br />
