Exhibit E FY2014-15 Contract and Fee Schedule The City of Redwood City will continue its partnership with EPA to furnish software support and helpdesk services to the City of East Palo Alto. The term of this agreement is for fiscal year 2014-2015, beginning July 1 st, 2014, terminating on June 30, 2015. The City of East Palo Alto agrees to purchase 2,000 hours. The hourly rate during normal business hours for fiscal year 2014-15 shall be $155.06. Non-business hours, as defined in the original agreement, shall be billed at the time-and-one-half rate of the current hourly rate in effect at the time the work is performed. Non-business hours are hours worked at EPA's request in which the work is not perFormed during normal business hours so as to not interrupt normal operations. An example of work perFormed during non-business hours would be to patch a server with the latest software release by the manufacturer. The following rate schedule applies during the first fiscal year of this agreement (July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015.) • Normal Business hours: $155.06 per hour • Non-business hours: $232.59 per hour � Emergency Calls: $232.59 per hour with a minimum of one hour billed The total estimated value of this Amendment No. 2 is $310,120 (2,000 hours times 155.06 per hour). The total annual estimated amount shall be paid on a monthly basis in twelve (12) equal installments of finrenty-five thousand eight hundred forty three dollars and 33 cents ($25,843.33). If East Palo Alto uses more than 2,000 hours during the period between July 1 and June 30 of any year, East Palo Alto shall pay Redwood City for the overage at the then-current rate. If East Palo Alto uses less than 2,000 hours during the period between July 1 and June 30 of any year, Redwood City shall refund the difference in the amount paid by East Palo Alto and the actual amount due for the hours used.
