<br />:' <br /> <br />Page 9 <br />.. HSA/Ubrary Building for the purpose of directing the public to the Ubrary and such signs may be <br />placed on the building or on the ground. All such signs shall be in keeping with the decor of the <br />Building and a request for the placement of such signs, together with their design and lettering, will <br />be submitted to County prior to their installation. County's approval thereof shall not be <br />unreasonably withheld. It shall be the sole responsibility of City to obtain any necessary consents <br />or permits for such signs from the appropriate governmental authorities. Upon expiration or <br />termination of this Agreement, City shall restore the surfaces to which the signs are affixed to a <br />condition comparable to that of adjacent surfaces. <br /> <br />RWC HSA/Ubrary Agreement - Part II <br />
