RECITALS. <br />(i) County is the Owner of Assessor's Parcel No. 054-111-100 ("County's Parcel") <br />which is located at 2500 Middlefield Road, Redwood City. <br />(ii) City is the Owner of Assessor's Parcel No. 054-111-220 ("City's Parcel"), which <br />is commonly referred to as the Fair Oaks Community Center, and located at 2600 Middlefield Road, <br />Redwood City.
