<br />, <br /> <br />sewerage treatment capacity in the aforementioned proposed wastewater <br />treatment facilities sufficient to accommodate the anticipated <br /> <br />new development of parkwood's Lands; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br />Council an agreement providing for the sale of such sanitary sewerage <br />treatment capacity rights to Parkwood subject to terms and conditions <br /> <br /> <br />specified in said agreement, and this Council desires to approve <br /> <br /> <br />and authorize the execution of said agreement; <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br /> <br />a municipal corporation of the State of California and Parkwood 101 <br /> <br /> <br />Associates, a Texas general partnership, entitled "Agreement - <br /> <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewerage Capacity Rights (form dated DES:mf 10/S/SlR) <br /> <br /> <br />providing for the sale to Parkwood of sanitary sewerage treatment <br /> <br /> <br />capacity rights in the amount specified therein in terms of <br /> <br /> <br />volume, biochemical oxygen demand, and suspended solids, and <br /> <br />subject to all other terms and conditions likewise therein specified, <br /> <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br /> <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof,. <br /> <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />8984 <br />
