<br />Budget Estimate and Terms <br /> <br />Estimated cost for completion of Work Tasks described above is $40,120, including <br />administration, insurance, and reimbursable project costs. Estimated hours and costs for each <br />task by Bottomley Design & Planning are provided on the attached budget spreadsheet. Task <br />cost estimates are intended for budgeting and informational purposes only, and are not <br />intended for task-by-task contracting or invoicing. This is a time and materials project with a <br />guaranteed maximum fee for completion of all Work Tasks as described herein.
