CITY PLANNING <br /> <br />EXHIBIT <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />February 19,2010 <br /> <br />Maureen Riordan, Senior Planner <br />Community Development Services <br />City of Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Road, PO Box 391 <br />Redwood City, CA 94064 <br /> <br />RE: Stanford Administrative Office Campus Precise Plan - Amendment to Urban Design <br />and Planning Services (#2) <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Riordan, <br /> <br />Over the past few months we have worked with City staff and the Stanford planning to team to <br />finalize the Precise Plan's land use policies, development standards, and design guidelines. <br />These portions of the Plan document are nearly finished, however significant work remains and <br />we are approaching the limits of our budget. <br /> <br />Tasks to be completed include: <br /> <br />Work with City staff, EIR, and traffic consultants to establish a Plan circulation concept and <br />capital improvements polices. <br />Work with City staff and the Stanford team to establish implementation, phasing, and <br />monitoring policies. <br />Prepare the public distribution draft Precise Plan. <br />Attend public hearings and prepare final Precise Plan revisions. <br /> <br />Costs for this work is estimated to be $21,550. Work tasks and costs are outlined on the attached <br />spreadsheet; these tasks and costs are per our original budget proposal dated 5/13/08.
