Due to the complex <br /> nature of the project and the coordination required, our services have exceeded what was <br /> anticipated in our current work order. These services include the following. <br /> - Work with City staff and the Stanford planning team to clarify circulation and capital <br /> improvements policies based on the draft EIR; <br /> - Incorporate EIR - related and other provisions as needed to clarify capital improvements and <br /> phasing requirements; <br /> - Preparing multiple drafts of the plan for interim staff and Stanford review; <br /> - Finalize implementation, phasing, and plan monitoring policies; <br /> - Prepare two public distribution drafts of the Precise Plan. <br /> Tasks still to be completed include revisions to the public distribution draft Plan, attendance at <br /> public hearings, and final Plan revisions. The total for these services is estimated at $39,074.
