EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> Consultant shall perform the following additional services: <br /> 1. Finalize the interim precise plan policies and requirements for <br /> circulation/ traffic based on the revised draft EIR. <br /> 2. Finalize plan implementation, phasing and mitigation monitoring <br /> policies. <br /> 3. Prepare public distribution drafts (2) of the Precise Plan. <br /> 4. Attend public hearings and prepare final Precise Plan revisions. <br /> For such additional work, City shall pay Consultant an additional fee, not to , <br /> exceed the sum of Nineteen Thousand, Two Hundred Seventy-Four pollars <br /> ($19,274.00) based on the hourly rates set forth in the Contract, for a total <br /> Contract fee, not to exceed the sum of One Hundred Forty Seven Thousand, <br /> Forty Eight Dollars ($147,048.00). <br /> 3 <br />
