AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT FOR URBAN DESIGN AND PLANNING CONSULTING SERVICES (Bottomley Associates) This Amendment No. 6 is entered into and effective as of the � day of •-� `� , 201„�;; extending and amending the agreement dated July 20, 2008 ( he "Agr ement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal � p tion of the State of California ("City"), and Bottomley Associates, ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties") for the "Stanford in Redwood City Project." RECITALS A. On July 20, 2008, the City executed an agreement with Associates for Urban Design and Planning Services; and B. On August 24, 2009, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Urban Design and Planning Services; and C. On March 8, 2010, the Parties executed Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Urban Design and Planning Services; and D. On April 25 2011, the Parties executed Amendment No. 3 to Agreement for Urban Design and Planning Services; and E. On November 14, 2011 the Parties executed Amendment No. 4 to Agreement for Urban Design and Planning Services; and F. On June 11, 2012, the Parties executed Amendment No. 5 to Agreement for Urban Design and Planning Services; and G. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments attached to and incorporated in by reference as Exhibit "A," Scope of Services and Fee. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, Consultant will provide those services described in Exhibit "A." With this Amendment, the total Agreement amount shall not exceed One Hundred Seventy Two Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Two Dollars ($172,382).
