<br />04/14/2008 <br /> <br />remediation services as set forth in the Environmental Oversight Agreement with DTSC, <br />on file and made available at the Office of the City Clerk, and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE AGENCY BOARD OF THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby <br />incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br /> <br />2. Up to $18,100.00 shall come from the Redevelopment Agency to fund the <br />Environmental Oversight Agreement. <br /> <br />3. The Executive Director or his/her designee is hereby authorized to enter <br />into an Environmental Oversight Agreement for the Redwood City Redevelopment <br />Agency with the California Department of Toxic Substances Control. <br /> <br />4.
