INC. <br />2555 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR INDOOR PLANT CARE <br />AT CITY HALLIN REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />One (1) time per week, Kainos Landscaping will provide a crew composed of workers and <br />one supervisor to perform plant care and maintenance of indoor potted plants in the <br />common areas of City Hall. <br /> <br />The duties will entail: <br />1. Watering, <br />2. weeding, <br />3. clearing debris and foliage, <br />4. maintenance of bedding or mulch, <br />5. pruning, <br />6. fertilizing as needed, and <br />7. pest management (in a least-toxic method). <br /> <br />Kainos Landscaping will repot or replace small plants that are diseased or dying as such <br />conditions become apparent. <br /> <br />Kainos Landscaping will transplant plants that require more space to larger pots. <br /> <br />Kainos Landscaping will be responsible for the monthly replacement of the Color Spot. The <br />City will be responsible for the cost of plant. <br /> <br />Kainos Landscaping will provide incidental supplies such as fertilizer and mulch. <br /> <br />Kainos Landscaping will provide a monthly invoice to include <br />a) charges for number of weeks of service that month at $68.00 per week, and <br />b) other expenses for reimbursement that have been preapproved by the City <br /> <br />Kainos Landscaping will attempt to reschedule if the regularly scheduled day of service <br />conflicts with a holiday. Kainos Landscaping will not invoice for weekly service if they <br />are unable to reschedule. <br />
